A beautiful cottage on the Richibucto River. This cottage has been newly renovated and is ready to host your relaxing getaway. Whether your looking for a winter getaway or a summer vacation this is the place for you. It includes, WIFI, Fire Stick and electric fireplace indoors, outdoor firepit overlooking the river, lots of parking on site, on demand back up generator so you never miss a moment, dock and water access in the summer months, large patio and deck areas over looking the water.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

You can enjoy the stars on a clear night sky around the fire pit or in the comforting warmth of the spa. The large deck offers plenty of space for your workout session or your grilling skills! The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

Located beside the famous Sea Caves, Sea Breeze Cottage is a charming historic beach house just minutes from Fundy Trail Provincial Park. Walk to the beach and local restaurants in two minutes, or spend your days exploring the ocean floor at low tide, hiking, or kayaking. Built in the 1880s, this character-filled home features wide wooden floorboards and original plaster walls upstairs, paired with modern updates for a comfortable, relaxed coastal stay in an unbeatable location.

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this cottage is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!
