This tiny house is the perfect spot to relax under the Texas sky surrounded by live oaks and wildlife. Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.
