This is the front unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***
