Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Entire, comfortable apartment for 1-6 persons in a historic building in the heart of the Bernese Old Town. Private bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Bern main train station, 5 minutes to Zytglogge and the Einsteinhaus; seconds to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Bernese night life, but also only 5 minutes to the Aare, or the famous Bear park. The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.
