GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

Separate to main house this lovely fully self contained air conditioned studio is perfect for couples. It has a queen bed and quality double sofa for additional person. The studio is fully self contained with direct access to the pool. Tastefully decorated, it has all the comforts of home and an open flow feel allowing lots of light and fresh air. A 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurant and bottle shop and only 10 minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach's restaurants, surf club, cafes and bars.
