Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Ski right out the front door of this stylish apartment in the heart of Hotham village and to the top of the Village chairlift. Featuring breathtaking views over the Dargo plains, modern styling, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa The complex has a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool (only open during ski season June to September), and laundry facilities. It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

Located within the White Crystal Complex, our Apartment is ski in/Ski out. We provide high quality bed linen with extra large soft white towels and Salus Botanics. The Large bathroom is great for long hot spa baths after a powder day. Our kitchen is fantastic, with a supermarket located within the building. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Ski in, ski out 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, in great location next to Halley's Comet chairlift which takes you directly to ski school & all beginner & intermediate runs. Fully furnished with linen & towels included plus WiFi and Netflix. Available all year round. For the winter ski season only bookings for Fri-Sun (2 nights), Sun-Fri (5 nights), Fri-Fri (7 nights) or Sun-Sun (7 nights) are accepted.

This stunning 4 bedroom apartment is the ultimate in luxury for an alpine property. One of only 2 apartments in this boutique complex Snow Fall at Crows Nest offers spectacular views and privacy with excellent ski in and ski out access. Snow Fall at Crows Nest can sleep up to 12 people in complete comfort with each of the four bedrooms having an ensuite, (there is also a double sofa bed).

The light-filled, open living/dining area and large kitchen makes it great for groups and families alike, with easy access to the runs and a quick walk or shuttle to the village.
