The apartment A three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa, a national monument in the heart of the medieval city of Maastricht. In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Maison Roannay is gelegen aan Le Roannay, een zijriviertje van de Amblève. De villa is met veel respect voor de omgeving gebouwd en biedt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers zorgen voor het nodige comfort. De living met open keuken, openhaard en grote zithoek is een sfeervolle plek om te vertoeven. In de goed uitgeruste keuken kan je van elke maaltijd een feest maken. Een aparte speel-en TV-kamer geeft plaats aan de kinderen om te relaxen na een actieve dag.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Accès direct aux sentiers qui vous mèneront sur le plateau des Hautes Fagnes en passant par l'étonnant canyon du Trôs Marèts. Cartes avec circuits balisés disponibles sur place. Accès aisé aux pistes de ski (fond et alpin) et circuits vélo !

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

La première chambre dispose égalent d'un lit en hauteur. Une salle de bain, 2 wc indépendant.

Jede weitere Person wird mit € 30,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.
