The recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor and enjoys a view of the children's park and the main street of the village. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Beautiful and old apartment by the sea. The beach is in fact at 10 meters from the old building, and the apartment is also surrounded by a marvellous garden where you find 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms. Enjoy a stay in the strategical area just near the shopping area, the beach and the marvellous Castello Aragonese. A walk is easy to the harbour and There is a parking place not included.
