Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Placé au cœur du charmant quartier bourgeois de Cimiez, j'ai conçu cet espace comme un lieu pour s'y ressourcer et se détendre. Tout l'ameublement a été fabriqué en bois de récupération, chaque objet ( appliques, tableaux, tables, banc) est unique, pensé et réalisé selon mes envies par un artisan créatif. Un petit jardin arboré, agrémenté de jolies plantes permet de se détendre ou bien de déjeuner au calme. Un délicieux havre de paix. Appartement de plein pied avec parking classé 3 Etoiles.
