This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Welcome to Hatzic! Beautiful countryside where friends & family can relax soaking in our ultra clean hot tub and swimming pool. (pool open June 1 - Sept 31) Our suite sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for bridal parties, sturgeon fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or the whole family. We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Mere minutes from the Fraser River, Sandpiper Resort, & just a little further down the road is breathtaking Harrison Hot Springs.

Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.

This thoughtfully designed tiny home includes a kitchenette (not a full kitchen), compact bathroom, and eco-friendly water system. Access is via a short uphill gravel path (approx. 250 ft). Minutes to transit & SkyTrain, with Mount Baker views on clear days.

A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

With a hot coffee in hand you can watch your kids on the trampoline or join them walking alongside the stable paddocks, admiring the horses. As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
