The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. L’appartement se trouve entre la gare de Lyon 7mn à pied et la station de métro Reuilly-Diderot et à 10 mn à pied de la salle de concert l’Accor Arena. Au pied de la promenade plantée. A 10 mn de la Bastille et du Marais.
