It consists of a living room with king bed/dining area/ fully equipped kitchen and a flagstone floor with underfloor heating. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. There is a small enclosed decked patio with sitting area. Parking (1 car). Situated within 50-acre farmland including a small holding of 2 pigs, chickens and 2 donkeys. No smoking. This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. Well behaved dogs considered max of 2 (pls check before booking your dogs will mix with ours!)

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
