Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

A comfortable ground floor apartment located alongside to our cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally created as a self contained home for my parents has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. It offers wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower with grab handles, and a raised toilet. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.

Springdale Snug Hut is a lovely Shepherd hut set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect for eating outdoors and watching the wildlife. We are not far from York, there is public transport to the village ( limited service). You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, walks, the pretty village with a pub and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Includes a breakfast basket for the first morning and private shower room a few steps away.

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.
