Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Holiday house with garage for 4 people. It consists of kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The house has two terraces, one on the ground floor with grill and the other on the floor above the garage. Suitable for families with children. It is located in the town center close to supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful seaside promenades. My place is close to the airport, the city center, parks, great views,sea,markets,cocktail bars, beach,night club.

The apartment is a part of a family-owned house but has a separate entrance and a shared garden which offers a relaxing sea-view perfect for experiencing the amazing changing colors of the sky and sea during the sunset . We are located only 200 meter from the sea and no more than 2 km from the town center and the sandy beaches. The neighborhood is outside of the town rush and it's quiet and relaxing. Large supermarkets, a bank and a restaurant are all inside of the 1 km range.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio apartment with 80 square meters of terrace that is just for you. All the furniture is handmade, and the walls are decorated with photos of Pula. The old radio in the kitchen and the clock will give a touch of nostalgia. A stay in this studio is a truly special experience..

Our apartment for 4-6 persons is located in family house in residential area of Medulin. It gladly visited by families with children because it has a large terrace and lovely garden with barbecue. Distance from the sea front is 250 m (anchorage bay) and from sandy beach 1000 m, 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot.
