A dedicated walkway with motion activated light leads up to your private entrance in a nice, quiet neighborhood located near the I85-385 intersection. This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home. This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

This secluded efficiency apartment is centrally located between Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, only 6 minutes from BMW and 10 minutes from GSP International airport. Minutes away from the Duncan YMCA and Tyger River Park. This private apartment offers parking and it’s own entry. Conveniently located and surrounded by a large wooded property, you will find everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. For extended stays we have washer/dryer access for your convenience.
