Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »

In a village of 60 inhabitants, suspended and protected you will quickly feel out of the world and you will live a unique experience. it is an ideal place for a desire for slow life, calm and serenity. However, it is not at all a place to come to party and you will be asked to respect the tranquility of the place.

Tres beau chalet haut de gamme 4 étoiles des meublés de tourisme, calme assuré , une vue époustouflante sur les montagnes ...aucun vis à vis depuis la terrasse, avec un hammam pour se relaxer après une bonne journée de ski ... Je vous invite a faire une recherche avec le nom du chalet et le village " Saint Nicolas la chapelle " pour mieux me découvrir n'hésitez pas je répondrai à vos questions LES DRAPS DE LIT NE SONT PAS FOURNIS NI LES SERVIETTES DE DOUCHE.

Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
