Boolarong - Iconic Architect Designed Beach House

Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. All linen and bath towels provided. A large fenced, grassy yard, very central and an easy walk to the headland whale watching spots + beach.

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $70 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

It offers a warm home away from home and is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, to enjoy a slower pace and immerse yourself in nature.

Our club is close, and pubs, clubs and restaurants on nearby islands. Enjoy the sea (including kayaks) from our lawn at high tide, bicycles, and a spa-pool on request. The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.
