Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are nearby. Hay-on-Wye (book festival) is a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.

Able to sleep 6, at Harp Meadow you can sit back and enjoy the countryside views from the Juliette balcony, enjoy alfresco dining from the patio, relax in the cosy living space or enjoy bubbles in the hot tub.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
