Complete with a burner/kettle, 4 chairs, daybed and every accessory required to have a relaxing beach day. Use as a base for fossil hunting or simply take in the views, read the paper & enjoy a cuppa. The hut has half glass doors which can be closed from the inside which means it can be enjoyed whatever the weather. Enjoy!

Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.
