Located in a quiet neighborhood just 20 mins drive from downtown Halifax and less than 15 minutes to the Dartmouth waterfront by car. Lots of great amenties within 2kms, resturants, cafés, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. We're under an hour to both the South shore and the Valley, and within 30 minutes or less to local well known beaches Perfect for a couple, or if you're a trio the couch if quiet comfortable as well!

Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable.
