No 1°Piso dispõe de 2 quartos de dormir, um com cama de casal e outro com 2 camas solteiro), com AC e WC. Tem quintal 3500m2, com piscina privativa da habitação. Están en un espacio ámplio con árboles a las afueras de Monleras, un pequeño pueblo en la zona del pantano de Almendra, en una de las entradas al Parque Natural de Arribes del Duero. Con calefacción, aire acondicionado y Wifi. Se admiten mascotas. Es un espacio tranquilo, ideal para descansar, pasear, montar en bici o practicar la pesca deportiva (lucios, carpas, barbos y luciopercas). ¡Seréis bienvenidos!
