Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

King-size bed, en-suite, kitchenette & private outside space. 8min walk to 2 stations into central London (Waterloo 25min, Wimbledon 15min). Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Your own private entrance and spacious 20 m2 (215 sq ft), standalone, building, en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, air conditioning, Laundry. We live in the building across the garden 😉 if you need anything. Summer we share the ice and ice-cream maker in the outdoor kitchen.

Guests will enjoy easy access to Sevenoaks town from this centrally located modern studio cabin. Self check in & check out. 5 minute walk to the leisure centre, Knole Park National Trust site, town centre. 10-15 minute walk to Sevenoaks train station. The property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, down a private gated drive with an EV charger. Double bed, office area, en suite shower room and a quiet outside sitting area. No smoking, peaceful and centrally-located place.

Charming Private Garden Studio

A wonderful spacious cabin at the end of our garden. There is a small bathroom/wetroom and a small kitchen area for you to use. You are also welcome to help yourself to a simple breakfast in our big family kitchen in the main house, or there are excellent local cafés if you prefer. This was my daughter's home and we are opening it up to guests since she moved out so we welcome your feedback. There is a large desk, plenty of storage space and a pretty view of our garden and house.

This stylish place to stay is perfect if you love nature ,peace and quiet. Yet only 6 minutes taking the Elizabeth Line to Central London . 18 mins to Heathrow. Grocery stores, shops Cafes and restaurants are a mere five minute walk. Own entrance by the side of the house and down a path to the the Cabin which is very spacious and light. The Studio has independent access. Central heating/fully insulated The studio is equipped with Wi-fi, Tv as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Relax in our cosy and bright self-contained cabin set in peaceful surroundings and countryside views with high speed internet (fibre). 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Stanborough Lakes and Park (photos in listing). Whilst it is in a secluded location off the A1, it is a 29 minutes train ride to London St Pancras International. Best served by car as there is limited pedestrian access. Ideal for working professionals or a small family. Max 2 adults & 2 children.
