Welcome to Amber Lake Lodge, our lakefront retreat sitting on 14 acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

Our cabin is a stylish retreat set on 5 wooded acres. Just 2 hours from Manhattan, the home is 12 min from LManor, where you can enjoy a day in nature and venture out to NYC-quality restaurants and breweries in the evening. There is also great access to hiking, fly fishing, and snow sports. Our newly built, air-conditioned home has vaulted ceilings, bright sunlight, designer furniture, and forest views. The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. This stunning house has been renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Butternut Farm Cottage

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.
