The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The Red Lion serves great food & the local shop sells homemade and local goods are both 1/4mile away. The nearby village of Tideswell has more shops, pubs & cafes. Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton & Chatsworth are all within easy reach as well as stunning countryside walks & beauty spots.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Cosy country cottage for 2 in Tideswell, the heart of the Peak District. Dog friendly 🐕 Sunnyside was built in 1840, newly renovated, the property has flagged floors downstairs and floorboards upstairs. Quirky and cosy! Open plan living, dining and kitchen downstairs. Gas fuelled stove, in addition to central heating. Upstairs, one double bedroom plus a separate dressing room. Bathroom has shower over small bath. Perfect for a romantic, relaxing break where your dog is welcome too!

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
