Situato nella parallela del Corso principale con i suoi ristoranti, locali e negozi. Spiagge e lidi sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti, così come il porto turistico per l'imbarco verso le Isole Tremiti.

Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).
