Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

"Saving Pirate Ryan”, Unit 102, is a ground floor studio with an amazing ocean view and a patio for relaxing and watching the waves. This condo is one of the few ground floor units that boast a King bed and a walk-in shower. Saving Pirate Ryan comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette featuring a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop and oven, drip coffee pot, and microwave, as well as a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Welcome to the pet-friendly Casita de Chowder! We love dogs so much, we named this house after our pup, Chowder. We are located 3 blocks from beach access and 5 blocks from downtown Lincoln City, but don’t be surprised if you are tempted to spend most of your getaway in this cozy casita!
