"Stone Cottage" was built in 1862 from local bluestone and was lovingly restored in 2014. We are adjacent to Woowookarung Regional Park, popular for bush walking and mountain bike riding. Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . Just moments from the Otway Food Trail, wineries, mountain bike trails, kayaking, fishing and bushwalking tracks, the Little Church is a convenient and central base to access the joys of the region - and there is plenty to do and see! Nearby townships offer quaint pubs and markets. While The Great Ocean Road and Beach side towns are within easy reach.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

77 on Main started its life in 1918 selling toys, silverware and china. 100 years later it serves as a unique opportunity to stay in the sleepy town of Beeac. Situated in the main street you are a short stroll from the wonderful food and hospitality of the Farmers Arms Hotel and the Ice-cream and Lolly shop. Venture out or simply cosy up inside with a good book, local wine and enjoy the unique space.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
