Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Sur les hauteurs, à 5 minutes du centre ville, venez vous ressourcer dans ce cadre unique et apaisant. Ce retour aux sources vous promet repos et détente. A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

Petite maison de 50m2 située au calme, à 7km de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand, et à 25km d’Annecy. Mazot neuf, face aux montagnes. Proche d’un espace de jeux pour les enfants, et d’un supermarché Intermarché. Terrasse en bois de 50m2 située sur le côté et l'arrière du chalet. Nombreuses promenades, et cascade à proximité. Petite route devant la maison non passante, sans issue. Stations de ski accessibles facilement.
