Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

Period Cottage in Cowes

Get away to this dear little house in the middle of lovely Cowes - up a pedestrianised mews. Cowes is a delightful little town with many independent shops and cafes. (M&S and Sainsbury's food halls too). Most of the town is pedestrianised and it's 5 minutes' walk to the esplanade. The Red Jet foot passenger ferry from Southampton is (less than) 5 minutes' walk. Bus stop to Newport is moments from the house. Comfortable King sized bed. Bedding and towels provided.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Oakside is a spacious detached 3 bedroom house with surrounding garden with upstairs sea views and located on a private drive leading off from Woodvale Road. It is a very quiet area. There is a separate area for working with a desk, shelves, fast wifi and a swivel chair within the open plan downstairs living area. We are most suitable for small families or couples wanting to work from home.

Seaside converted Boathouse in Warsash Village

This listed converted boathouse in the riverside village of Warsash is the perfect springboard for popular sailing in the Hamble. It's also hour to London Waterloo by train to Southampton Airport Parkway a 15 minute drive from the property. It is also a short ferry across to the Isle of Wight.
