Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. The Launch Pad

-We've always held ourselves to a high standard in providing a safe and clean environment for our guests. Due to coronavirus we are taking extra steps and using approved sanitizers on all frequently touched surfaces, using approved cleaners and providing hand soap and plenty of linens. As of mid-June we will both be fully vaccinated, but still following distancing and masking recommendations.

The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
