Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

We are located in a quiet development on South Hill, 2 miles south of Ithaca College, close to Buttermilk Falls States park and hiking trails. Large number of wineries short distance away. private entrance to 900+ square ft apartment with deck, perfect for watching wildlife. Installing Germicidal lights on furnace and air conditioning unit to keep air free of biological contaminants .

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

The Ivy - Cabin on Cayuga Lake!

A cozy 1BR marina cabin on Cayuga Lake with a front porch that earns its keep. Queen bed, pull-out sofa, full kitchenette, two TVs, WiFi — and Myers Park right next door for swimming, summer concerts, and playgrounds. Pets are welcome. Ithaca, Cornell, and the wine trail are within 20 minutes. Pontoon rentals available at the marina. The kind of place guests keep coming back to.
