This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. The home is ideally suited for smaller groups yet has the living space and bedrooms for large groups or multiple families. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available.

We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

The home is located minutes away from Lake Erie’s beaches and Mickey Rats beach club, also 16 miles from the new Stadium of the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo Sabres hockey just 18mins to arena downtown route5. 40 mins from Niagara Falls roughly.
