The property sits an an acre lot with lots of mature trees. The indoor space is a three room cozy space: bedroom, bath and traveler's kitchenette- Microwave refrigerator. No stove or sink. Great outdoor space. Very private.

There are sometimes pigs at the farm, but always chickens (we have recently downsized the goats and rabbits). Located a very short walk from the MetroRail MLK Station, allowing access to downtown in minutes without the hassle of parking or getting an Uber. The bus line also runs close by.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. 1963 Avion 24 foot (Airstream, but better build quality). Perfect location for SXSW and only 10 minutes from downtown Austin. A majority of this trailer is original from 1963 including electrical. There are amenities like coffee maker, toaster, etc. We ask that you use one appliance at a time to keep the breaker from flipping. Again, original wiring.☺️
