Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.
