Circa 1860, Headland is one of Daylesford's originals--oozing authentic appeal, cosy and calming. Our ORTO Cottage is gorgeous: it offers privacy or the chance to engage with us. We are a Cooking School & Regenerative Farm. We offer a tour of our property on arrival: opt out if you wish. Enjoy the relaxing peace and serenity, the views and the walks. Daylesford is just 7 minutes away with excellent cafes, restaurants, interesting stores, spas, and an abundance of outdoor areas to explore. 5 minutes west is our local pub, the " Swiss Mountain Hotel" in Blampied.

With beautiful views over Breakneck Gorge and close to restaurants, day spas and Hepburn Mineral Springs, you can relax on the verandah, in the courtyard or get out and discover this beautiful region. This is the perfect place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Pets are allowed, however owners must take responsibility for them as only the front courtyard is fully fenced.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
