Located opposite Wiltshire Park and is only a 400 metre stroll to the sands of Palm Beach and local cafes. Family friendly. Fully renovated including 4 brand new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 8 people. It is just 10 metres from the water and 60 minutes from Sydney CBD.
