We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

Centrally located in the Hill Country (Fredericksburg, Wimberley, Marble Falls and more). Lots of dining choices. The 7th Street Guesthouse is a historic jewel in Blanco County. Known by locals as "The Old Speer Home", this charming home is located within walking distance of historic downtown Blanco. Our place is ideal for couples and solo adventurers.

Our cozy one room cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, accompanied by the sounds of a running creek just out front. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.

Weber Rock House is located 8.3 miles west of Blanco on a working cattle ranch. There is no heavy traffic or neon lights. The house is fully furnished with most basic household needs including a full size washer & dryer. The yard is fenced. The front room of this house (bedroom) is the original one room pioneer's home which was built in the late 1890's. The back portion was built approximately 100 years later by the current owner.
