It is fifteen minutes from downtown San Antonio and close to the main arteries to get to the airport, the theme parks, Lackland AFB and major shopping areas. It is located in a shared backyard of the main house that is also available should you wish to book that as well; otherwise, it can be available to other guests. The barn guesthouse is 408 sq ft on the first floor and the upstairs loft is 144 sq ft.

Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
