Fully furnished two-story townhouse in small (6 units) gated community with pool located in quiet cul de sac. Only a 5-minute walk to downtown Jacó and 8 to the beach. Walk or bike anywhere in town, or, if you need a longer ride quickly call a cheap cab. Sleeps a maximum of 3 singles, or couples or family groups of up to 6. Our beach house has everything your family will want for a fun filled vacation in the sun. We are located 7 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the closest grocery store. Many restaurants within 3-5 minutes walk. We have a pool, an outdoor grill, an outdoor eating area, surf boards, beach gear; coolers and more, two porches with hammocks to relax on, a very well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and lots of toys and books for kids This is a perfect spot for family and friends!
