Take a short walk to Ithaca Farmer's Market (.4 mi) the Commons (.8 mi) & Cornell University (1.4 mi) or stay in and enjoy a glass of wine while cooking in the kitchen & dining area. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.
