Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

Eingebettet in Apfelbäumen und Weinreben (=lat. vitis) bietet das Ferienhaus einen traumhaften Panormablick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Talbecken von Meran. Die Umgebung bietet ganzjährig eine Vielzahl an Outdoor-Aktivitäten.
