The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

DeMew Townhouse is beautiful duplex apartment located in a renovated 1850s building overlooking Hideaway Marina in the Rondout district of Kingston. The building boats a rich history: the main floor of the building served as a speakeasy during Prohibition. It has hand rubbed oak floors, a renovated kitchen and bath and 14 windows providing views of the Rondout.
