If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Welcome to your peaceful and private studio apartment. This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Sunrise Casita is a 600 sq ft private studio-style guest house with two queen beds, one full bath, and kitchenette. It is private, safe, and quiet, and offers access to all of the shared outdoor space of Hudson Bend Ranch. Bathed in sunlight at sunrise, the Sunrise Casita porch is a great place to start your morning drinking coffee, watching the wild birds, and even encounter our family of deer on the ranch. The porch has vintage lawn chairs, a Weber gas grill, fire pit, and picnic table.
