The casita features a complete bedroom suite (queen bed) and entertainment center, dining table and chairs, small kitchenette (microwave, coffee station, sink, and mini-refrigerator), large closet space, multitude of windows to view the sunrise and the beauty of the outdoor landscaping, outdoor table and chairs for guest enjoyment, and a dedicated parking space.

Sunrise Casita Guest House at Hudson Bend Ranch

Sunrise Casita is a 600 sq ft private studio-style guest house with two queen beds, one full bath, and kitchenette. It is private, safe, and quiet, and offers access to all of the shared outdoor space of Hudson Bend Ranch. Bathed in sunlight at sunrise, the Sunrise Casita porch is a great place to start your morning drinking coffee, watching the wild birds, and even encounter our family of deer on the ranch. The porch has vintage lawn chairs, a Weber gas grill, fire pit, and picnic table.

Your 2 room suite accommodates up to 3 guests and has a lg. bedroom with a queen bed and desk & a 2nd room with a twin bed, couch w/2 recliners to watch tv. You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. This 2 bedroom, recently-renovated home features comfortable king beds, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a large covered porch on 2 acres with beautiful oak trees. Pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. The pet fee goes to the cleaning service to clean/deodorize and remove fur, etc., that the pet may leave behind.
