This all-inclusive single room basement has just about everything you need for your stay. There is a kitchen with a brand new refrigerator, full bathroom, dining table that can double as a desk, and a 75” TV for your viewing pleasure! An added piece of entertainment is our classic stand-up arcade with multiple games to choose from! You will have your own entry on the back patio, which includes a table and chairs. For ultimate privacy, there are no shared spaces.

Queen bedroom, king bedroom, private bathroom, and private balcony. Watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee amongst the trees. Children friendly, pet-friendly. You will hear others in the floor below. The spiral staircase is not for everyone, I would not advise this space for anyone (including pets) with mobility issues. Suitcases are difficult to carry up the stairs. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings which may not be suitable for tall people.
