Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Wariin Cottage means wombat in Dja Dja Wurrung language. The owners of the cottage have an affinity with wombats and a respect for the traditional custodians of the land, so in naming the property they chose to acknowledge both. Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)

The famous bathhouse & Daylesford town are a few minutes from the property, offering local shopping, wine bars, farmers markets & more. Please note pets are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee. *Use of the fire is governed by fire restrictions/bans*
