Dalehead Barn provides spectacular dual-height accommodation in the heart of the Peak District. The barn is at the head of Biggin Dale (a National Nature Reserve) and at an altitude of almost 1,000 feet. It is surrounded by farmland with panoramic countryside views. A perfect base for walking, cycling and exploring the Peak District countryside, towns/villages and attractions. There is a local village pub and restaurant in easy walking distance with a wealth of other pubs and restaurants nearby.

The cottage has a private and safe south facing fully enclosed garden with BBQ and outdoor garden furniture. Hartington itself is a popular pretty village boasting some 3 pubs 3 cafes, post office , Deli Stores and News agents and of course our very own famous Cheese shop not to missed Walking and cycling can be done from the front door

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. We have the great advantage of 2 PARKING SPACES and a lock up for cycles. The terraced gardens afford views over the village and surrounding hills beyond.
