Ravens Ridge is an extremely unique piece of property, set in a sunny clearing within our own forest we have a quiet and relaxing environment. Surrounded by wildlife this is a peaceful haven to artists, photographers, authors. However we also have great kayaking within 5 minutes walk, quiet roads for cycling, we have our own 18 hole disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing, swimming beaches, bays for wake boarding and other watersports. Ravens Ridge and Mayne Island has something for everyone!

Forest Cottage & Sauna w/ Ocean & Mountain Views

Welcome to Bellwoods Cottage B&B on Salt Spring Island. (IG @stayatbellwoods) Enjoy our west coast cottage with spectacular hilltop views overlooking the Gulf Islands and the Coast Mountain Ranges. The cottage is privately situated on 5 acres of wooded land, bordered by Peter Arnell Park and trails leading to nature reserves at the bottom of the hill. This 2-bedroom 1-bath can sleep up to 6 people, with a loft upstairs. A perfect place for couples, friends, and families to rest and explore.

A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor bathtub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Steps away from the ocean, a short walk to Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa, Portside Marina, and Brentwood-Mill Bay ferry, including several beach accesses. 5-minute drive to the Butchart Gardens, Victoria Butterfly Gardens, 13 km to Sidney, 20 km to Victoria, 18 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal, and about 10 km to get to the airport. The bus stop is less than one minute's walk with transit to Sidney, downtown Victoria & beyond.

The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!

At this Island Oasis you'll enjoy peace, tranquillity and easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming Salt Spring hideaway. The second bedroom can be configured with 1 or 2 twin beds or, in the case of a couple, as a king bed. Let us know in advance how you would like it set up. The backyard is yours to enjoy with hot tub and BBQ and an expansive deck overlooking Ganges Harbour.
