Just built in 2022, you’ll enjoy this beautifully appointed duplex. 2 bedrooms, master has a king bed, second room has a queen and front room/office with has a fold down daybed. Soak in our amazing hot tub on our back patio. All the comforts of home including linens and a well supplied kitchen. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.
