The place is prepared with the intention of making it a themed, cozy, affordable, and above all clean place where our guests can enjoy themselves, no matter where they come from.

The Thoroughbred Cottage is the quintessential, early 1900s Pocono vacation cottage. Located on our commercial horse farm, the cottage has been entirely renovated but has kept its unique original details. Views include our upper pastures and wooded hillside of the state game lands beyond. The cottage is set back on our private lane, but is close to all major Pocono attractions and wedding venues. The town of Gouldsboro provides for a country setting, however it is very close to many of the Pocono's attractions.

On cool Fall/Winter days delight in crispy fresh air of woods and visit our lake to fish /skate. Visit a close-by ski resorts and waterparks or stop by our indoor pool. Remember to take sleds to go down our community slope. Spend evening warming up at the fire-pit and improvising a homemade dinner and then reunite with the whole family or set for a romantic dinner on an oversized deck or in our cosy dining room.
